The Sapphire Pathway

Women’s Golf Player Pathway

Connecting junior golf, college competition and opportunity after graduation through Sapphire Golf Tour.

We’re Building the Bridge

College Ends.
The Dream Doesn’t.

Participation is a beginning. A pathway is what helps a player stay in the game, develop and move forward. When junior golf, college competition and professional opportunities operate in isolation, talented women can lose the support system they need at each transition.

For Black and Latina women, the gap can include limited access to affordable competition, funding, mentorship and the visibility needed to attract partners. Sapphire exists to connect those stages so the next breakthrough can grow from a pipeline that lasts.

Sapphire builds the bridge.

Players take different routes. Advancement depends on performance, eligibility and each tour’s qualifying requirements.
